Czech version of the outcome rating scale: Selected psychometric properties

Objectives. The Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) is an ultra-brief self-report scale designed to measure change during psychotherapy. goal of this study was test (a) the factor structure ORS, (b) measurement invariance between a clinical and non-clinical sample, pre-therapy post-therapy assessment (within sample), online paper-and-pencil forms administration (c) concurrent validity with other outcome measures, (d) sensitivity therapeutic change.Sample settings. N = 256 patients, 210 respondents, 89 students participated in study. Patients responded ORS before after psychotherapy.Statistical analysis. were tested using confirmatory Concurrent test-retest reliability assessed correlational Sensitivity Reliable Change Index pre-post effect size.Results. unidimensional supported. best-fitting model partially tau-equivalent first fourth items’ loadings fixed same value. While only metric demonstrated samples, scalar pre- strict administration. Internal consistency, as well validity, satisfactory. adequate. Furthermore, internal consistency increased if score computed weighted sum items.Study limitation. samples not representative.
